Festive Korean-style carrot and chicken salad: how to prepare
This is a festive salad that is much easier to prepare than the classic Olivier and Shuba but looks no less impressive. It is also very budget-friendly as you need only 4 ingredients. All of them complement each other perfectly.
The idea for the chicken salad was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger named blogini_kyxni. The salad will taste better if left to soak for a while.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces (cook in advance)
- Korean-style carrots - 200-300 g
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- cheese - 300 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the first layer, cut the chicken into cubes.
2. Grate the yolks and half of the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Mix everything with mayonnaise and put it on the bottom of the mold.
4. Put the second layer, which is Korean-style carrots.
5. Lubricate with a little mayonnaise.
6. Grate the third layer of whites and the rest of the cheese on a fine grater.
7. Put the top layer. Crush well with a fork.
