Fermented baked milk souffle: a dessert you can eat even for dinner
If you want to have dessert in the evening, you shouldn't worry about how this step will affect your figure. In such cases, you just need to give preference to dietary desserts that are prepared with a minimum number of calories.
This is the recipe shared on Instagram by food blogger Alex Mil. He offered to make a soufflé from ryazhenka, assuring that even a child could handle this process.
Ingredients
- gelatin - 15 g + 70 ml of water
- 3.5% fermented baked milk - 500 ml
- cocoa - 2 tsp.
- sugar substitute - 40 g
Method of preparation
1. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Add fermented baked milk, cocoa and sugar substitute. Stir until smooth.
3. Melt the swollen gelatin, add it to the mass and blend until a large number of bubbles form.
4. Pour the mixture into bowls, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
