- herring fillet - 200-220 g
- processed cheese - 1 pack
- boiled carrots - 2 pcs
- butter - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Using a meat grinder, beat herring fillet, carrots and cheese.
2. Add butter and mix thoroughly.

- sprats - 150 g
- boiled carrots
- chicken egg - 2 pcs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the carrots and cut into 4 pieces.
2. Boil the eggs.
3. Put them in a blender together with the sprats and beat a little.
4. Add spices and make the consistency homogeneous.
5. Serve on pre-fried crispy bread.
