Extremely tasty Italian zucchini appetizer: easy but refined recipe

Ingredients
- Zucchini - 3 pcs.
- Chili flakes
- Garlic - a few cloves
- White wine vinegar - 20-30 ml
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Salt
Method of preparation
1. Slice zucchini into thin slices.
2. Chop garlic.
3. Place garlic in an oiled skillet and saute a little.
4. Put the zucchini in the pan and fry until golden, adding salt.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and chili, and after 30 seconds add vinegar. Mix well to coat the fried zucchini/zucchini.
6. It can be served hot with cheese, mint and bread, or in cold form can be used as an integral part of other dishes.
