Truffle chocolate candies have become popular all over the world due to their outstanding taste and spectacular appearance. The original dessert is made by professional confectioners from expensive products using a special technology with alcohol and real chocolate. But this does not mean that it is impossible to make this dessert at home.

Ingredients:

  • Savoyardi biscuits - 150 g
  • mascarpone - 100 g
  • espresso - 50 ml
  • powdered sugar - 40 g
  • milk chocolate (for coating) - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Biscuits grind in a blender.

2. Mix with mascarpone until smooth.

3. Add espresso and powdered sugar.

4. Form 12 balls (each weighing approximately 15 g).

5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in stages, stirring vigorously to prevent the mass from burning.

7. Take the truffles out of the refrigerator and dip them in the chocolate. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

8. Sprinkle cocoa or coconut flakes on top.
