Exquisite Stracchitella ice cream: how to make it at home
Summer is very close, which means that you can eat cool sweet ice cream. And in order to be sure of the quality of the product - it is worth making it at home. And it does not necessarily have to be the usual ice cream. You can make an exquisite ice cream with chocolate and condensed milk called "Stracchitella".

Ingredients
- cream 30-36% - 750 g
- raw condensed milk - 480-530 g
- vanilla paste, or vanilla sugar
- chocolate (black, milk) - 100 g
How to prepare a dessert from two ingredients
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the chocolate finely.
2. Beat the well chilled cream with a mixer into a stiff paste with vanilla sugar/paste.

3. Pour in the condensed milk, stir gently with a silicone spatula.
4. At the end, pour in the chocolate and stir.

5. Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for an hour.
6. Remove, stir the mixture with a whisk or beat lightly with a mixer to break up the ice crystals.
7. Repeat 1-2 times.
