Elementary zucchini roll: how to make a healthy seasonal dish
Zucchini appetizers are very satisfying, budget-friendly, and easy to prepare. For example, a roll. To make this dish, you just need to grate the vegetable. The texture is very tender and juicy.
The idea of making zucchini roll was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Yarmolenko (elena_ermolenko_).
Ingredients:
- small zucchini – 4 pieces or 3 large ones
- hard cheese – 100 g
- sour cream – 2-3 tbsp
- flour – 4 liters
- eggs – 3 pcs
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese and zucchini, add all ingredients, and mix.
2. Place flat on a 1 cm thick sheet of baking paper.
3. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Ingredients for the filling:
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- feta cheese – 200 g
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Beat until smooth.
2. Spread the roll, add a couple of slices of tomato, and roll it up, chill in the fridge for an hour.
