- lettuce leaves
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- hard cheese

Chop the tomatoes

1. Place washed lettuce/rugula on a plate.
2. Then put the tomatoes on top, cut into rather coarse slices.

3. Mix the mayonnaise with the squeezed garlic.

4. Brush the tomatoes with mayonnaise.
