Elementary Three-Cup Pie: apples are suitable for the filling
Seasonal apples are a great base for a variety of simple pies. And Three-Cup Pie is one of them. Its versatility lies in the fact that you do not need to measure the amount of flour and sugar in detail, because the name of the dessert already tells us about it. The texture is extremely fluffy and tender.

Ingredients:
- flour – 1 cup
- sugar – 1 cup
- semolina – 1 cup
- grated apples – 3 pcs
- cinnamon essential oil – 2 drops
- lemon essential oil – 2-3 drops
- warm milk – 200 ml
- butter – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the apples.
2. Add cinnamon essential oil to them, and mix well.
3. Mix warm milk, butter, and lemon essential oil.
4. Divide each ingredient into 3 parts and put them in turn, starting with apples: apples – semolina, apples – flour, etc.
5. Pour the filling on top.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
