Elementary strawberry pie for tea: the dough is very fluffy
This pie can be made with any fruit or berry. But while the strawberry season is in full swing, it's worth using strawberries. Juicy fruits will go well with flaky sponge cake dough.
The idea of making a fluffy strawberry pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kristina Buleziuk. It's perfect for tea.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp for sprinkling - 200 g
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
- sour cream - 150 g
- sunflower oil - 70 ml.
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 1 tbsp.
- strawberries 300 g + 100 g
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add salt and vanilla sugar.
3. Beat for 2 minutes.
4. Add sour cream to the mixture, beat and add oil.
5. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
6. Mix thoroughly and add 300 g of chopped strawberries.
7. Put the dough and strawberries in a baking dish covered with parchment.
8. Top with 100 g of chopped strawberries.
9. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 55 minutes.
10. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
