Elementary strawberry dessert in a glass: you need 5 ingredients only
Fragrant, sweet, and juicy strawberries can already be found in markets and shops. Therefore, you should actively add this berry to your diet. You can eat it fresh, use it as a filling, or make delicious and very simple desserts. For one of these, you need only 5 ingredients.
The idea of making a delicate strawberry panacotta was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nataliia Derysh (nataliya_derish).

Ingredients:
- cream 30% – 500 ml
- sugar – 80 g
- gelatin – 10 g
- milk – 50 ml
- strawberries – 400 g

Method of preparation:
1. Soak gelatin in milk to swell.
2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar, and put on low heat.
3. Bring to a small boil. If all the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat.
4. Add the gelatin to the hot cream and stir to melt.

5. Pour into glasses, leave 3-4 cm on top.
6. Cool, and put in the refrigerator to harden.
7. Wash the strawberries well, and beat with a blender into a puree. You can cook it a little.

8. You can add a little sugar, or you can do it without.
9. Pour the finished strawberry sauce into glasses.
