Elementary poppy seed pie in a slow cooker: it turns out to be very fluffy
Poppy is a part of many Ukrainian dishes. It can be called a real authentic ingredient. Poppy seed pies are especially delicious. And if you want to please your family with delicious homemade pastries, but you don't have time to knead the dough and bake for a long time, you can use a simple idea and make a dessert in a slow cooker.
The idea of making a simple poppy seed pie in a slow cooker was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname yout_kitchen.
Ingredients:
- flour – 1 cup
- sugar – 1 cup
- vanilla sugar
- eggs – 3 pcs
- baking powder – 10 g
- Poppy seeds – 50 g
- nuts – 20 g
- butter – 60 g
Cooking method:
1. Pour the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and mix.
2. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and add the melted butter to the flour, mix everything.
3. Add the poppy seeds and chopped nuts.
4. Pour the finished dough into the multicooker bowl greased with butter, set the "Baking" mode, and bake for 1 hour.
5. When cooking is over, do not open the slow cooker immediately. Let the cake cool for a while.
