Elementary plum pie: it turns out to be fluffy and juicy
Plum is a juicy fruit whose season has just begun. Therefore, it is the perfect base for making delicious pies. And the dough should be made with milk and butter – then it will be very tender.
The idea of making a juicy plum pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname chris.godij.
Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- milk – 3/4 cup
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 50 g
- butter – 70 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- salt – a pinch
- vanilla extract
- vanilla sugar for sprinkling plums on top – 0.5 packs
- plums cut into halves – 800 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Do not knead for a long time so that the dough remains airy but is also homogeneous.
3. Grease a baking dish, pour the mixture into it, put the plums on top of the dough, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, and put in the oven.
4. Bake in the mold at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
