Bird's Milk sweets are a taste that comes from childhood. An airy milk soufflé with chocolate glaze that just melts in your mouth – this is exactly what the classic dessert looks like. It is extremely easy to make at home, and you don't even have to bake anything.

The idea of preparing the Bird's Milk dessert without baking was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Galina with the nickname sergeevnagalichka.

Ingredients:

  • protein – 3 pcs.
  • milk – 50 ml
  • gelatin – 10 g
  • water – 50 ml
  • vanilla – a pinch
  • sweetener – to taste, or 25 g of powdered sugar
  • cocoa – 5 g for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

1. Soak gelatin in cold water for 15 minutes.

2. Beat the whites until stiff peaks with sweetener or powdered sugar.

3. Heat the gelatin, but do not boil, until it is completely dissolved.

4. Add vanilla and gelatin to the whites.

5. Beat with a mixer.

6. Pour in the milk and beat again.

7. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

8. Sprinkle the frozen dessert with cocoa.
