  • sour cream - 300 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 3 tbsp
  • shortbread cookies - 500 g (try to choose not too fragile)
  • ready-made coffee without sugar (chilled)

Method of preparation:

1. Just mix sour cream and condensed milk until smooth, no need to whip anything.

2. The cream should be sweet, not sour. Taste, if there is not enough condensed milk, add more.

3. Dip the biscuits in the coffee a little.

4. Grease the biscuits with cream, then again with biscuits and grease the last layer.

5. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or overnight.

6. Sprinkle the finished cake with crushed cookies

7. If you want to serve the whole cake, put the cling film on the bottom of the mold. Just so that the ends are on top and you can pull the cake out by them.
