Elementary beetroot salad: tastier than "Vinaigrette"
The traditional beetroot salad that everyone knows about is Vinaigrette. But this dish is very ordinary and hardly suitable for a festive table. Therefore, you can make a new alternative. A delicious and, at the same time, simple dressing is added to the dish, which perfectly complements all the components. In such a salad, even ordinary beets become a truly exquisite ingredient and retain all their benefits.

Ingredients:
- beets - 3 pcs
- pickled cucumber - 2 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- sugar - 1 tsp
- mustard in grains - 1 tbsp
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper - to taste
- walnut
Cooking method:
1. Cut the onion into quarter rings, put it in a preheated frying pan with oil, sprinkle with sugar and fry until golden brown.
2. Cut the boiled beets and pickled cucumber into small cubes, pour into a bowl, add fried onions, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir, put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
