Apples are the perfect filling for quick sweet pies. For such desserts, you don't even need to knead the dough - pita bread is perfect for the base. The texture is very tender and crispy.
The idea for a quick apple, cottage cheese, and pita bread pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna reeixit.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml of milk
- 100 ml of sour cream
- 3 eggs
Mix all this and add:
- 350 g of cottage cheese, a packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 grams of sugar, zest of half a lemon, beat everything in a blender
Then add:
- 3 medium grated apples
- 200 g of pita bread, packaged (tear into pieces). You can choose dry or fresh
Stir everything.
Put the mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees.
