- eggplants – 5 pcs.

Garlic for salad
- garlic – 2 cloves
- sour cream – 4 tbsp

How to cook:
1. Wash the eggplants, cut them into cubes, salt, and leave them to stand for 10-15 minutes to remove the bitterness.
