Ingredients:

  • eggplants – 5 pcs.
What to cook with eggplant
  • onion – 1 pc.
Garlic for salad
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • sour cream – 4 tbsp
Sour cream for cooking
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • greens – a bunch
Which oil is suitable for frying
  • oil for frying

How to cook:

1. Wash the eggplants, cut them into cubes, salt, and leave them to stand for 10-15 minutes to remove the bitterness.

2. Pour the oil into a frying pan, fry the eggplant, and add the chopped onion and spices.

3. After 5 minutes, add sour cream and chopped herbs, if desired, and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
