Ingredients:
- eggplant - 2 pcs.
- bell pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- hot pepper - on the tip of a knife
- onions - 1-2 pcs.
- large and fleshy tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Fragrant oil - 3 tbsp.
- salt/pepper
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- black bread
Method of preparation:
1. Pierce the eggplant and bell pepper with a skewer so that they do not burst during cooking and bake at 220 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
2. Chop the onion and drizzle with oil. Add salt to taste.
3. Finely grate the tomatoes and garlic, discard the tomato peel.
4. Chop the eggplant and pepper with a knife.
5. Add to the onion.
6. At the end of cooking, add black pepper and hot pepper as desired.
