If you love eggplants - make one of the most delicious dishes from them, which can be eaten immediately and canned - caviar. Moreover, it is very easy to make it at home, you just need to choose a ripe vegetable and follow the proportions.
Culinarian Yulia Simonchuk shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, homemade eggplant caviar that you can make in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- eggplants - 3 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper (red and black) - to taste
- frying oil
Cooking method:
1. cut eggplants into cubes and fry in a pan until soft.
2. separately fry onions until golden, add coarsely grated peeled tomatoes, salt.
3- Braise everything over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
4. Add eggplant, squeezed garlic, vinegar and season with pepper, stew for 10 minutes.
It can be eaten immediately and, can be canned.
