Eggplant baba ganoush in a new way: what to add to the appetizer for a bright taste
Baba ganoush is a delicious, quick-to-make and budget-friendly eggplant appetizer that requires a minimum of ingredients. Add tahini and garlic for a bright flavor.
A cook shared a recipe for a delicious eggplant appetizer with garlic and tahini on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggplants
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. of tahini (ready-made or made with sour cream or yogurt)
- 3 tbsp. of sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. of oil
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the eggplant at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Cool and wrap in cling film. Cut off the tip of the eggplant and take out the flesh.
3. Beat the eggplant flesh in a blender or mash it with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients and season with salt to taste.
