Eggplant and pepper bread spread: it is cooked faster than caviar
This eggplant and pepper spread is somewhat reminiscent of the popular caviar, but it is much faster, easier to prepare, and uses fewer ingredients. The dish is suitable for toast, croutons, and bread, and also tastes great on its own.
Food blogger Khrystyna Buleziuk (kristina_buleziuk) shared a recipe for eggplant and pepper spread on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggplants
- pepper
- granulated garlic
- dill
- cream cheese "Philadelphia"
- salt/pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, bake the eggplant and peppers in the oven at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
2. Peel the baked vegetables and cut them into cubes.
3. Add garlic, cheese, and chopped dill to the vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
