Egg roll with crab sticks in 15 minutes: how to make a delicious appetizer for a festive table
Crab sticks can be used to make many delicious salads and appetizers, including an egg roll with crab filling. The dish is very simple and quick to prepare, and it can be eaten either as a snack or served on a festive table.

Ingredients:
- eggs – 5 pcs.
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- crab sticks – 200 g
- cream cheese – 100 g
- cucumber
- salt
- green onion
- teriyaki sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Cover the baking sheet with parchment (if it's regular, grease it with oil).
2. Mix eggs, sour cream, and salt in a bowl. Pour into the mold and bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
3. Grate the crab sticks on a coarse grater and add the cream cheese.
4. Cool the egg pancake, spread with the filling, put strips of fresh cucumber and roll it up.
5. Cut into portions, sprinkle with green onions and pour teriyaki sauce.
