Easy strawberry soufflé with cottage cheese: we share the recipe for the best summer dessert
If you want to prepare a light, summer dessert very quickly, choose berries, milk, cream, and sugar, but do not add flour. One such dessert is a soufflé, a mixture of milk with gelatin and, for example, flavored strawberries.
Cook Olha Holovina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious, light, delicate, flavorful strawberry soufflé that takes only 1 hour to prepare.
Ingredients:
- strawberries – 100 g
- milk – 100 ml
- cottage cheese – 100 g (or another 100 ml of milk)
- gelatin – 7 g
- water – 35 ml
- sweetener or sugar – to taste (I added 1/2 tbsp)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
2. Wash the strawberries and cut off the leaves.
3. Transfer to a blender, add the cheese, and blend until smooth.
4. Heat the milk over low heat, add the gelatin, and stir until it dissolves.
5. Add the milk-gelatin mixture to the cottage cheese and strawberries and mix again.
6. Pour the mixture into the molds and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
