Easy recipe for heathy soup that even children will enjoy

In fall, the body especially needs vitamins and light food, so it's a great idea to make a soup. But if the dish is for children, it is very difficult to please them. Therefore, the presentation needs to be changed.

Famous Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko (klopotenko) shared the idea of making healthy carrot cream soup on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • carrots - 250 g
  • celery root - 100 g
  • onion - 100 g
  • ginger - to taste
  • turmeric
  • bay leaf
  • basil - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Fry carrots, celery and onions in vegetable oil until transparent.

2. Add ginger and turmeric and continue frying for another 2-3 minutes.

3. Put the vegetables in a saucepan and add 500 ml of water.

4. Add the bay leaf and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Take out the bay leaf and blend everything.
