Easy meat rolls with mushroom filling: recipe

Meat is a product that can be used to make many delicious and satisfying dishes, from cutlets to chops, salads, pies, pancakes with fillings. You can also easily make flavorful rolls with stuffing, garlic and herbs.
On Instagram, cook Kateryna Kudliak shared a recipe for delicious meat rolls with vegetable filling, which are easy to prepare and will be an ideal dish for a festive table.
Ingredients:
- meat tenderloin - 800 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Filling:
- champignons - 300 g
- yellow bell pepper - 1/2 pc.
- greens - 1/2 pc.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Additionally:
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- oil - 1 tbsp.
- water
- salt, pepper - to taste
- bay leaf
- allspice
- smoked paprika
- dried basil
- cream/sour cream - 80-100 g
- flour - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, cut mushrooms into small cubes, fry until tender, and season with salt and pepper. Cut bell pepper into small cubes, add to the mushrooms, and mix.
2. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
3. Beat the meat with a hammer, season with salt and pepper. Put the grated cheese and filling on the chops and roll them up.
4. Dip the rolls in flour and fry over high heat until crispy.
5. In a saucepan, combine finely chopped onion, garlic and a spoonful of oil. Fry. Put the rolls in the pan and cover with water. Add all the spices to taste. Put on medium heat, reduce to low heat after boiling and simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Dissolve flour in cream/sour cream so that there are no lumps, pour it over the rolls, bring to a boil and sprinkle with dill.
