Puff pastry pie with zucchini and bacon
Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 1 layer
- young zucchini - 800 g
- onions - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 4 cloves
- oil - 2-3 tbsp
- bacon - 100 g
- oregano - 4 tbsp
- white pepper - to taste
For the filling:
- milk - 1/2 cup
- egg - 4 pcs.
- cheese - 80 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, cut into small cubes, and chop the onion finely.
- Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the zucchini and onions well.
- Cut the bacon into cubes, chop the garlic, and add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, add the oregano, cover, and turn off the heat.
- Make the filling: beat the eggs with salt, add milk, and pepper, and stir.
- Grate the cheese and add it to the egg-milk mixture, mix well.
- Roll out the dough, put the zucchini filling, pour the milk filling on top, and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
