Puff pastry pie with zucchini and bacon

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry - 1 layer
  • young zucchini - 800 g
  • onions - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • bacon - 100 g
  • oregano - 4 tbsp
  • white pepper - to taste

For the filling:

  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • egg - 4 pcs.
  • cheese - 80 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut into small cubes, and chop the onion finely.
  2. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the zucchini and onions well.
  3. Cut the bacon into cubes, chop the garlic, and add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly, add the oregano, cover, and turn off the heat.
  4. Make the filling: beat the eggs with salt, add milk, and pepper, and stir.
  5. Grate the cheese and add it to the egg-milk mixture, mix well.
  6. Roll out the dough, put the zucchini filling, pour the milk filling on top, and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
