Easy and healthy oatmeal and yogurt dessert: everyone can eat it
Oatmeal can be used to make cereals, soups, dough, bread, pies, and healthy cookies.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious oatmeal dessert with honey, milk, and yogurt on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 2 tbsp.
- chia seeds - 1 tbsp.
- yogurt - 2 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- milk (3:1, where oatmeal is 1)
- banana - 1/2 pc.
- and another spoonful of yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Pour oatmeal on the bottom of the glasses and put chia seeds on top.
2. Then add ogurt, honey, and milk and mix.
3. Put mashed banana or cocoa on top, then yogurt, mix and you're ready to eat!
