Easy and delicious sugar-free dessert to eat overnight: no baking required
Many people associate desserts with sugar, dough, and extra pounds. But you can make any dessert healthy by simply replacing the ingredients, for example, cream with yogurt, sugar with berries, dough with pita bread or just cottage cheese.
Chef Maria Lysytsia shared a recipe for a delicious, light dessert on Instagram, based on cottage cheese, berries, and gelatin.
Ingredients:
- strawberries (you can take any fruit) - 300-400 g
- cheese - 300 g
- white thick yogurt - 200 g
- gelatin - 20 g
- water - 200 grams
- vanilla and sweetener - optional ⠀
Method of preparation :
1. Dissolve gelatin in water and leave until completely dissolved.
2. Beat the cottage cheese with the yogurt and add the gelatin.
3. Then add the fruit and pour it into a suitable dish.
4. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
