Easter cupcake: incredibly delicious and easy to make

Easter is coming soon. On this day, the whole family will gather at the festive table and taste delicious dishes.
One of these dishes can be a cupcake, the recipe of which was presented by a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. On Instagram, she explained how to make a cupcake so that its aroma fills the entire apartment.
Ingredients for a 23*11 cm baking dish (or 22 cm round)
- butter - 140 gr
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 100-110 gr
- vanilla
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour - 230 g
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- warm milk - 60 ml
Ingredients for dried fruits
- rum, cognac or orange juice - 50 ml
- candied fruit - 200 g
- raisins - 130 g
- orange zest - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for the icing
- powdered sugar - 60 gr
- lemon - 1/3 pc
Method of preparation
1. Prepare the icing. Add lemon juice to the powdered sugar. Mix until a thick glaze is formed.
2. Put candied fruit and washed raisins into a deep bowl, add orange zest and pour alcohol or orange juice.
3. Add sugar, salt, vanilla to soft butter and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
4. Add eggs one at a time, continuing to beat the mass.
5. Add warm milk and beat with a mixer again.
6. Add baking powder to the flour and sift 1/2 part of it to the other ingredients. Beat with a mixer. Add the rest of the flour and mix with a spatula.
7. Drain the raisins and candied fruit and add 2 tbsp of flour. Mix well. Add to the dough and mix again.
8. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in the mold, making a depression in the middle to allow the finished cupcake to rise nicely.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool, remove from the mold and decorate as desired.
