In summer, it is better to prepare lighter salads without meat or mayonnaise. They can be easily replaced, for example, with baked or canned fish, mayonnaise or yogurt.
Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious salad made with pickles, tuna, young onions, and boiled eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- canned tuna
- peas -1 can
- pickled cucumbers
- red onions
- young onions
- green onions
- boiled eggs
Sauce:
- mayonnaise or white yogurt + mayonnaise + mustard
How to cook:
1. Drain the oil from the tuna and mash it with a fork.
2. Cut the remaining ingredients into small cubes and add to the tuna.
3. Season the salad with the sauce, add salt if desired, and mix.
You can eat the salad right away or refrigerate it for several hours.
