Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 600 g
- flour – 160 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- water – 150 ml.
- salt, paprika, dried garlic – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine flour, water, eggs, salt, and spices.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sliced fillet to the dough and mix well.
4. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.
5. Put the slices on the parchment, and drizzle with a little oil.
6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees until appetizingly brown.
