Easier than cheesecake: a successful vanilla cheesecake in the oven
The best breakfast dishes are those based on cottage cheese. These can be cheesecakes, pancakes with cottage cheese, lazy and classic dumplings, casseroles, cheesecakes.
Cook Anastasia (anny.cooking) shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cheesecake that will turn out to be lush and successful.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- semolina - 3.5 tbsp.
- sugar - 2.5 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- salt - a pinch
- vegetable oil for the mold
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder and semolina, beat again until smooth for a few minutes.
2. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the prepared dough.
3. Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 160 C.
Cool the cheesecake completely and remove it from the mold.
