Easier than a casserole: delicate flourless cheesecake with chocolate
You can cook a lot of delicious, even dietary dishes and desserts with cottage cheese. It can also be used to make cheesecake, cheesecakes, casseroles, and cottage cheese balls.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese cheesecake with dried fruit, which is made without flour.
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 700 g
- Sugar – 3 tbsp (powdered sugar 6 tbsp)
- Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
- Sour cream 20% – 3 tbsp.
- Cornstarch – 3 tbsp
- Butter – 100 g
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Dried fruits – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat cottage cheese with sugar, sour cream, eggs.
2. Add starch and melted butter, dried fruit and mix.
3. Put the base in the baking dish, smooth it out, and bake until tender – about 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
Drizzle the finished cheesecake with chocolate and eat.
