Dumplings that do not stick together and do not boil: the recipe for the perfect dough
Dumplings are one of the simplest, most satisfying and easy dishes to prepare. It is very important to make a good dough.

Ingredients:
- flour 600 g
- cold water 275 ml
- vinegar 1 tbsp (5%)
- salt 1 tsp.
- oil 3 tbsp.
Filling:
- minced meat (beef + pork) 400 g
- onion 2 pcs.
- cold water or broth 100 ml
- garlic 1-2 cloves
- salt/pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt to cold water, pour in vinegar and oil. Sift the flour and knead a stiff dough.
2. Wrap the dough in cling film or put it in a bag and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
3. For the filling: grate the onion and garlic into the minced meat on a very fine grater. Add water, salt, pepper and your favorite spices, and mix.
4. Divide the dough into two parts: 1 - put it in a bag to prevent it from getting airborne, 2 - roll it out into a thin layer. Squeeze out circles with a small glass.
5. Put 0.5 tsp of the filling into each dumpling. Pinch the edges well and place the dumplings on a surface sprinkled with flour.
