Duck breast with oranges in 8 minutes: an exclusive recipe shared by a participant of "Hell's Kitchen"
If you want to cook a tasty and light meal for lunch or dinner, it is best to choose fish, lean meat, and always vegetables. Firstly, they are healthy, and secondly, you will not overload your body at night.
Ravshan Khamidov, a participant of Hell's Kitchen (New Channel), shared an exclusive recipe for duck breast with oranges with FoodOboz.
"Oranges go well with duck, emphasizing its flavor," the chef said.
Ingredients:
- Duck breast – 1 pc
- Orange – 1 pc
- Peking Duck sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sunflower oil for frying
- Salt – to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the duck breast well, and cut off the veins and films. Salt it on all sides and put it in a frying pan. Fry on both sides until cooked and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Peel the oranges and remove the white layer underneath. Divide into slices and pare them, removing the transparent skin.
- Drain the fat from the pan in which the duck was roasted. Add the juice from the middle of the orange, Peking Duck sauce, and a few slices of orange, and heat them.
- Garnish the dish nicely and serve with lettuce leaves.
