Tea with cranberries and ginger

Tea ingredients – cranberries and ginger

Ingredients:

  • Cranberries – 2 spoons
  • Ginger root – 1 pc
  • Cardamom seeds – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Honey – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Rinse the cranberries, and mash them.
  2. Pre-pour boiling water over a teapot put berries and spices in it, and cover with hot water.
  3. Cover the teapot with a lid. The drink is brewed for 4-5 minutes. Pour the finished drink into cups and add honey.

Sea buckthorn and lemon warming drink

Ingredients for tea – sea buckthorn and lemon

Ingredients:

  • Sea buckthorn –1/2 cup
  • Lemon – 1/4
  • Fresh ginger – a few slices (or ground – 1 tsp)

Method of preparation:

  1. Grind sea buckthorn in a mortar or whisk in a blender.
  2. Cut the lemon into cubes, and add ginger.
  3. Pour hot water and let it brew for 10 minutes.

Warming tea with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients for tea – honey and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice – 100 ml
  • Light beer – 50 ml
  • Almond syrup – 15 ml
  • Maple syrup – 5 ml
  • Honey – 15 g
  • Lemon juice – 20 ml
  • Oranges – 40 g
  • Cinnamon stick – 1 pc

Method of preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Put on a small fire, and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Pour into your favorite glass. The drink tastes sweet. Add more lemon juice if desired.
