The idea of making pancakes from ready-made porridge was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Nina Tkach with the nickname ninatkachseniak.
Ingredients:
- 6-8 tbsp. cooked porridge
- 1 pc banana
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp of coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp. flour (look at the consistency of the dough, you may need to add another spoon)
Method of preparation:
1. Put the porridge, egg and banana in a blender.
2. Mix everything until smooth.
3. Add the coconut and flour. The consistency should be quite thick.
4. Put in a preheated frying pan and fry until golden brown over low heat under a lid.
