Don't rush to throw them away: how to pickle garlic sprouts for the winter deliciously
Very often, when the so-called sprouts appear on garlic bushes, housewives throw them away. But this is in vain because they can be very pickled. This is a delicious appetizer with a piquant taste and spicy aroma. It can also be stored until winter.

Ingredients:
- garlic sprouts
Marinade:
- water - 900 ml
- sugar - 50 g
- salt - 50 g
- vinegar - 100 ml
- vegetable oil - 50 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-sterilize the jar for 5 minutes.
2. Cut off the tails of the garlic sprouts.
3. Boil them in the water where the jar was sterilized for 2 minutes. Then cool in cold water.
4. Put the cooled sprouts in a jar.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. First, bring water to a boil.
6. Add salt, sugar, allspice, vinegar and oil. Stir and remove from heat.
7. Pour the marinade over the sprouts. Store in a cold place.
