Dinner in 30 minutes: pasta with chicken and spicy sausages

You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to make dinner in half an hour. Anyone can do it, as long as they're willing.

In the column "Dinner in 30 minutes" FoodOboz editorial staff continues to share the simplest dishes that even a young child can prepare. Today we tell you how to cook pasta with chicken and spicy chorizo sausages - the recipe for this dish was shared on his Instagram page by Hector Jimenez-Bravo, a famous chef and a judge of the TV project "MasterChef" (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the news).

You will need:

  • pasta - 60 g
  • Cheddar cheese - 100 g
  • Emmental cheese - 100 g
  • chorizo - 40 g
  • cooked chicken - 150 g
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 20 g
  • milk or cream - 250 ml
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - to taste

How to cook:

  1. In a heated frying pan, add olive oil and chorizo. Fry.
  2. Add flour, pour in milk or cream. Fry over low heat, stirring constantly. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
  3. Add chili, Emmental cheese, boiled chicken, stir.
  4. Boil the pasta until al dente. Add them to the sauce in the pan. Simmer a little, place in a baking dish.
  5. Add water, mix well, cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with greens.
