You don't have to be Jamie Oliver to cook dinner in half an hour. Anyone can cope with this task if they have the desire.

In the "Dinner in 30 minutes" section, FoodOboz continues to share the simplest recipes that even a young child can cook. Today we're talking about baked mussels, a dish you used to go to a restaurant for. We think that after you try to cook them at home, you will hardly ever eat them in a restaurant again.

You will need:

  • mussels in shells - 20 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • butter at room temperature - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • herbs

How to cook:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Defrost the mussels and rinse them under water.
  2. Grate the cheese. Chop the garlic and mix it with the softened butter.
  3. Place the mussels on a baking sheet, side by side, making sure that they do not fall on their sides during cooking. Put half a teaspoon of butter and garlic on each shell. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake the mussels in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is crusty.
  5. Put the hot mussels on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice, and garnish with herbs.
