The FoodOboz editorial team offers you the simplest possible dinner recipe: chicken breast in a creamy spinach sauce. To garnish this dish, you can boil rice, buckwheat, or make mashed potatoes.
- chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
- heavy cream - 1 cup
- fresh baby spinach - 2 handfuls
- garlic - 2 cloves
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- Wash the fillets, and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut each in half lengthwise. Rub each piece with salt and pepper.
- Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and put it in a heated and oiled frying pan. Fry until the garlic gives off a fragrant odor, then remove the garlic and put the chicken in the pan. Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Wash the spinach, and add to the pan. Pour cream, add a little salt, cover, and leave to simmer over low heat for seven to ten minutes.
