Ingredients:
- green buckwheat - 1 cup
- millet - 1 cup
- flax seeds - 5 tbsp
- water - 1 cup
- coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sunflower seeds - 100 g
- pumpkin seeds - 100 g
- chia seeds - 5 tbsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- cumin - 2 tsp
- coriander - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Pre-soak buckwheat and millet overnight. Then beat them in a blender until smooth.
- Wash the flax seeds, add them to blender together with a little water, and beat until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the millet and buckwheat mixture, flax, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, coconut oil and baking soda quenched with vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Cover a baking dish with parchment, grease it with vegetable oil, put the dough on top, sprinkle it with seeds very generously, and bake it at 180-190 degrees for 70 minutes.
When the bread is ready, remove, cover with a towel, and leave it to cool.
