How to make bread without wheat flour.

Ingredients:

  • green buckwheat - 1 cup
  • millet - 1 cup
  • flax seeds - 5 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • sunflower seeds - 100 g
  • pumpkin seeds - 100 g
  • chia seeds - 5 tbsp
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • cumin - 2 tsp
  • coriander - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Pre-soak buckwheat and millet overnight. Then beat them in a blender until smooth.
  2. Wash the flax seeds, add them to blender together with a little water, and beat until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the millet and buckwheat mixture, flax, chia, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, coconut oil and baking soda quenched with vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Cover a baking dish with parchment, grease it with vegetable oil, put the dough on top, sprinkle it with seeds very generously, and bake it at 180-190 degrees for 70 minutes.

When the bread is ready, remove, cover with a towel, and leave it to cool.
