Diet pumpkin muffins with dates for tea according to Liza Hlinska's recipe
If you want to make something delicious for tea, cupcakes are the perfect option. But try not to make the classic ones, but experiment, add spices, fruits, and zest to the dough, which will give the dessert a stunning taste.
Cook Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for delicious, lean muffins with healthy pumpkin and dates on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- pumpkin – 200 g
- brown sugar or regular sugar – 2 tbsp
- refined oil – 70 g
- orange juice – 4 tbsp
- zest of 1 orange
- dates – 50 g
- almond slices – 3 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the pits from the dates and cut them into slices.
2. Grate the pumpkin.
3. Combine the pumpkin, orange juice, sugar, zest, oil, and dates and mix thoroughly.
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
5. Pour it into the pumpkin and knead the dough.
6. Grease the baking tins with oil, and sprinkle the bottom and sides with almond slices.
6. Put the dough in the middle of the mold and put the muffins in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at 170°C.
7. Remove the finished muffins from the molds and to make them even tastier, wrap them in cling film and leave them to "ripen" overnight.
