Diet pizza without flour: what to make the dough from

Traditional pizza is a rather high-calorie and heavy dish for the stomach. But this is only true if the dough is made with flour. This product can be replaced with healthy cauliflower.

The idea of making pizza from cauliflower-based dough was published on the Instagram page of blogger Oleksandra (aleksasvarovskyh).

Ingredients for the dough:

  • cauliflower
  • mozzarella
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

Optional filling:

  • tomato paste
  • basil
  • salami
  • mushrooms
  • tomato
  • mozzarella

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cabbage. Make sure that large florets do not get into the already grated mixture.

2. Grate the mozzarella.

3. Mix in the following proportions: 2 cups grated cabbage, and 1 cup grated mozzarella.

4. Add 2 eggs.

5. Mix everything.

6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put the prepared dough in the middle and spread it evenly with your hands.

7. Put in the oven at 240 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

8. Take out the cake.

9. Brush well with tomato sauce, and sprinkle with basil.

10. Sprinkle with more mozzarella and top with the filling.

11. Put it back in the oven for 20 minutes.
