Diet mini cheesecake in 10 minutes: no baking required
This cheesecake is the perfect breakfast and dessert at the same time. What's important is that it doesn't require baking, and the cooking process takes only 10 minutes. Minimal ingredients and calories, but maximum flavor and pleasure.
Food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for a diet mini cheesecake that doesn't require baking on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- shortbread cookies – 90 g
- water – 20-30 ml
Cream:
- pistachios – 15 g
- cottage cheese – 120 g
- white yogurt – 90 ml
- sugar substitute – 15-20 g
Optional:
- raspberries
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the biscuits to a state of crumbs. Add a little water to make it stickier.
2. Put the cookie mass evenly into the mold, you can make sides.
3. Beat the pistachios in a blender.
4. Add cottage cheese, yogurt, and sweetener to the nuts. Beat until smooth. Spread the mixture on the cookies.
5. Top with raspberries.
6. Let the cheesecake set in the refrigerator.
