Diet meatballs steamed: how to cook a healthy dish
Cutlets are not always fried and fatty foods. If a person needs to eat right for some reason, this dish can be an ideal lunch or dinner option. Just cook it in a slow cooker instead of a frying pan. You should also use a lean chicken fillet. These cutlets will be a great source of protein and nutrients.

Ingredients:
- onion - 4 pcs.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- loaf - 0.5 pcs.
- minced fillet - 1 kg
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- parsley - 1 bunch
- dill - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mince onion, garlic, and a softened loaf of bread.
2. Mix eggs with sour cream. Add the minced meat, herbs, and eggs with sour cream, salt, and pepper to the loaf mixture and mix everything.
3. Pour water into the slow cooker and turn on the steamer mode.
4. Form the cutlets, when the water boils, put them in the slow cooker on the steamer mode for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with any garnish.
