  • corn flour – 70 g
  • oatmeal – 35 g
  • oat bran – 35 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • coconut oil – 20 g
  • stevia – 5 g

the filling:

  • cottage cheese – 250 g
  • corn starch – 15 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • stevia – 5 g

Method of preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough, then mix everything well. The mixture should be like crumbs.
  2. After that, take a silicone mold and put the dough so that there are sides, let it stand while you make the filling.
  3. For the filling, take the cottage cheese, add the egg, stevia, and lemon zest, mix everything thoroughly, and put it on the oatmeal dough.
  4. Put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
