- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- mustard – 1 tsp
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- sour cream 20% – 130 g

Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs. For the dish, you need only the yolks. They should be well-mashed with a fork.
2. Add lemon juice, mustard, and vegetable oil to the yolks. Mix well.
3. Add sour cream and mix.
4. Add pepper, salt, and your favorite spices. Mix until smooth.
