Diet fried pies in 10 minutes: what flour to choose for the batter
These pies are perfect for a quick snack when you don't have much time, as they take only 10 minutes to prepare. In addition, the dish is very dietary because it is not based on wheat flour. You just need to choose your favorite filling.

Ingredients:⠀
- chickpea flour - 120 g
- water - 200 g (room temperature)
- salt - to taste
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Filling options (it can be any, but not sweet):
- mushrooms with onions, fried in olive oil
- tofu, green onions, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with water, salt and oil.
2. Beat everything well with an immersion blender or mixer.
3. Heat the frying pan well, pour the batter on it, and smooth it with a spatula or spoon.
4. Put the filling in immediately. There should not be too much filling to prevent the batter from tearing.
5. Wait for the batter to set and cover one half with the other.
6. Press the edges with a spatula to stick them together.
7. Fry on each side for a few minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
