  • chickpea flour - 120 g
  • water - 200 g (room temperature)
  • salt - to taste
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

  • tofu, green onions, salt

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour with water, salt and oil.

2. Beat everything well with an immersion blender or mixer.
